With a PhD in Biblical Theology, Dr. Jefferson crossed paths with Bishop M.B. Jefferson when she was 25, and together, they embarked on a shared ministry journey. Originally residing in Quincy, Florida, she took on a pastoral role in the church Bishop Jefferson established in the same town. Over time, their collaboration extended beyond ministry, culminating in marriage. Over the span of 45 years, this dynamic duo has dedicated themselves to serving individuals grappling with brokenness, addiction, abuse, hopelessness, and loss.

Dr. Brenda Jefferson's commitment to spreading the gospel on a global scale has fueled her desire to elevate ministry to new heights. Her accolades include an award-winning songwriter and producer, and she holds the position of CEO at Scripture Music Group. Throughout her career, Dr. Brenda has collaborated with renowned figures in the gospel industry, including Lisa Page Brooks, Lecresia Campbell, Damita Haddon, Beverly Crawford, Gerald and Tammi Haddon, Rance Allen, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Donald Lawrence, Kurt Carr, and Vickie Winans, among others.
